Byblos Bank Armenia decided to implement a customer flow management system in its branch network. One of the bank’s main requirements was to ensure the safety of its customers while providing quality service.
One of the components of the system, the Earlyone mobile Application, allows visitors to pre-book their spot in the queue, thus minimizing the total waiting time. The mobile app also allows to activate the mobile ticket by simply scanning a QR code placed in the branches. This ensures the safety of the bank’s customers.
The solution’s components provide real-time data and reporting necessary to make decisionstargeted at improving customer experience and employee efficiency.
