Citizen Service Centers in the Earlyone mobile application
Now citizens of Kyrgyzstan can get the desired service without waiting in lines.
Citizens need to download the Earlyone app from the Play Market or App Store. Choose the country and language. Then select the Citizen Service Centers, choose the date, time and service. The application will generate a virtual ticket and book a place in the queue. If the client can not make it by the specified time, the application provides the opportunity to postpone the reservation for 15 minutes.
After arriving at the Citizen Service Centers, citizens need to activate the virtual ticket on the queue terminal by entering the activation code issued earlier in the application. A physical queue ticket is issued. The ticket number will be displayed on the monitor in the waiting room.
One of the add-on features of the app is a built-in customer feedback solution. After receiving the service, citizens immediately receive a survey and provide an unbiased opinion that helps the institution assess the quality of the provided service.
